Who We Are
At NeuroNavigations Northwest LLC, we help individuals, families, organizations, and communities navigate vocational pathways, understand support systems and resources, and build meaningful connections with confidence and clarity. We believe access should be straightforward, support should feel human, and having a disability should never feel overwhelming or isolating.
Founded by Cadence Michael, NeuroNavigations brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in vocational consulting, resource navigation, and community education for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and diverse cognitive profiles. Cadence’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of public systems, funding streams, work experience programs, and both employment and postsecondary supports through extensive partnerships with Vocational Rehabilitation, county I/DD services, and Pre-Employment Transition programs.
A core value of NeuroNavigations is accessibility and connection. We intentionally simplify intake and eligibility processes, walking alongside participants from the very beginning and maintaining follow-along support to ensure a seamless experience. Our goal is not just access to services, but meaningful use of them—helping individuals fully understand what’s available, make informed choices, and maximize the supports they receive. When needed, we provide advocacy, connect individual circumstances to relevant programs and resources, and reduce unnecessary complexity by decoding the process so people can move forward with confidence.
Beyond one-on-one consulting, NeuroNavigations Northwest hosts community events focused on connection in addition to offering practical education and training for businesses, organizations, community groups, and service providers. These gatherings and sessions are designed to foster connection, shared learning, and collaboration while centering accessibility for all participants. Our trainings focus on actionable strategies for communication, executive functioning, time management, and engagement—empowering organizations and communities to create welcoming environments where everyone can thrive.
NeuroNavigations Northwest was founded on a simple principle: progress happens when individuals are supported, organizations are informed, and communities work together. We guide, educate, advocate, and connect—making systems easier to navigate and ensuring that the experience of living with a disability feels supported, informed, and far less daunting.
